The future location CleanTech Marzahn is Berlin's largest industrial area. A place where people work together on environmentally friendly and resource-saving technologies and products. In short: a place of the future with a lived vision.

At the heart of the future location, the 90-hectare CleanTech Business Park, there are inner-city industrial areas (GI) for manufacturing CleanTech companies. The CleanTech Business Park has a core zone for hazardous incident facilities in accordance with the Federal Emission Control Act. Small and medium-sized companies should also benefit from the know-how, network and expertise of the CBP in the future. The areas in the CleanTech Business Park are allocated under heritable building rights.

WISTA Management GmbH was appointed as the operating company for the CleanTech Business Park, which is developing and marketing the space with its subsidiary, WISTA.Plan GmbH.
