JNP provides the following services:

Over the past five years, JNP has successfully placed approximately 20 residential projects with a total volume of over €1 billion and is currently working on achieving full occupancy of its residential properties in Berlin, Potsdam, and Leipzig.
At the same time, JNP manages over 1,000 apartments on a long-term rental management basis for its clients.
This year, more than 5,000 m² of office space has already been successfully rented out.
