Asset management company. Focused on the development and positioning of city districts, JNP provides the following services:

Currently, JNP has taken over the leasing management for the Q1 property on Kurfürstendamm, which was sold to Ärzteversorgung Niedersachsen in a forward deal 4 years ago.
Construction of our latest project, the Seydel 14 office building, has started in Berlin-Mitte, and letting is just beginning.
In addition, the JNP undertakes the following activities:
