Oxford Properties has invested 300 million euros in the redesign of the Center am Potsdamer Platz and created a new campus. The 114,000 m² complex with eight buildings comprises 55,000 m² of office space, retail, gastronomy and entertainment and fitness areas for the community. The Center am Potsdamer Platz is co-owned with long-standing partner Norges Bank Investment Management.
