With almost 1 million m², GSG Berlin is the most important private office and commercial space landlord in Berlin. To meet the demands of the present and future, GSG Berlin continuously invests in extensive property developments under its own management. In addition to the modernization of the partly historic commercial buildings and redensification projects, a particular focus is on sustainability. While the largest contribution to this lies in the preservation of the existing building stock, photovoltaic modules with a total output of 5.75 MWp were already installed on more than 39,000 m² of roof area in 2014/15.
