Our Berlin location is centrally located in a lively area in the heart of Charlottenburg; a modern open-space office space that was redesigned in summer 2022 according to the New Work concept and is now a real eye-catcher for exchange. The bright and well-equipped rooms offer space for creativity and new ideas.

Thanks to its urban location on Walter-Benjamin-Platz in the middle of the trendy and up-and-coming City-West and north of Kurfürstendamm, cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. The well-known square is ideally connected and is framed by the Leibniz Colonnades, which were designed by the influential architects Hans Kollhoff and Helga Timmermann and built between 1998 and 2000.

With an own portfolio of around 34 properties and more than 473,000 square meters of rental space in Berlin, including Media Spree, City West, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg.

The aim of our operational business activities primarily includes the rental and value-adding management of our properties. In doing so, we strive to improve our range of space and our asset management services sustainably and want to achieve permanently high quality standards in all real estate management activities and the active, partnership-based support of our tenants.

One of the most important foundations for this is the comprehensive knowledge of the German real estate market acquired over many years and the resulting internal infrastructure. OFFICEFIRST Real Estate GmbH has five local offices in the important metropolitan regions of Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin and a clear allocation of regional asset managers as established contacts for all issues relating to rental space and individual properties.

In addition, we want to increase the value of our overall portfolio sustainably through consistent investments, market-driven development of our own properties and targeted purchases. Here, we also rely on our own resources in the areas of development and investment.
